Ok, so somehow I got the wizard to recognise the missing memories. I think I used the badge juicer to decrease his badge levels, and then manually worked them up again – was probably a FreeTime bug. I got the latest >80Mb patch. *sigh* it’s sad that a patch has to be SO big. Anyhow, back to the challenge…

Please excuse the quality of pics. I realise now that they look quite hideous.

He made so many toys, it wasn’t long before he was In The Zone.

Jack Hammer is the target sim. My poor computer. It just couldn’t handle the big lot very well. It was especially laggy when it rained, and tended to freeze a lot when it was snowing. (What pun?) So just before Jack became an adult, I moved him into a smaller Maxis house. Didn’t know that teens could do that; no I know. Jack was all sad when he didn’t get into university – i.e. I didn’t send him. It would have been a waste of time. Great new feature of Free Time is that whenever it’s a sim’s birthday, you get to choose up to 3 townies that age up with your playable sim. So Jack’s sweetheart also grew up to a healthy adult. Bon Voyage brought to us community weddings – yay! So Jack and girly got married at a little beach chapel I built, but I forgot to book them on a honeymoon – so they took a day off work and woohoo’d until they both passed out. Jack bought one of the toyshops from Bluewater village. I just moved it to Arnicka Annex so as to cut down on load time. My main concern was that I noticed some memories not showing up; like when a sim gets a talent badge, only the memory for a golden badge shows up – not bronze, nor silver show up. Also, Jack only had a memory for earning §5 000. No memory of earning §10 000 or any amount up. And I think the wizard is a bit wonky, ‘cause it didn’t recognise that he had maxed out interest
