I read somewhere that you don't need to be at a club, just any downtown lot will do. Before reinstalling my game for the umpteenth time, I used to see vampires relularly. Mostly I saw them as my sims were getting into the taxi to go home and you cant cancel that action... then i see the Count stalking along the sidewalk lol.
